I don't see Uwe Boll's name anywhere in that article so it might not be that bad...

Uwe Boll has made a different movie also called Rampage though :awesome:

God, don't remind me. I was forced to watch that movie and Netflix and I hated every single minute of it. I'm not sure how Uwe Boll gets funding for his movies, but I'm sure he must be pulling illegal operations to do it.

But I had never heard of this Rampage game until now, and after reading the article, it looks like it'll be pretty interesting. Plus it's got The Rock in it. :monster:

Crazytown. This was the game I thought it was. I also like that the article refers to it as New Line's answer to Pacific Rim and Godzilla.

The more I think about it, the more it kind of makes sense. This could conceivably be a good action film. I kind of expect them to change the ending though (a successful playthrough ends up with the monsters winning) :monster:

It was a legal loophole in Germany that has since been closed, which forced him to go to Kickstarter, where he failed, and proceeded to get on YouTube to tell everyone to go fuck themselves in a mildly amusing video.

So, it's unlikely that he'll be making anything else anytime soon.

Actually the movie is getting made, the Kickstarter was supposedly mostly for a bigger finale.

And looking at the Kickstarter I was surprised to see that dick apparently has fans...like, genuinely, not ironically. :wacky:

Honestly I've been kinda looking forward to a possible rampage movie ever since people thought that Cloverfield might be a rampage movie.
