I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this podcast. Looking forward to the next, which will no doubt be dominated by FFVII remake discussion.

I want to add that in my experience the Final Fantasy soundtracks can be enjoyed without any sense of nostalgia. For me, my most played of all the OSTs is Final Fantasy XIII and I have never played the game. The soundtrack is absolutely masterful and I feel sad that so many fans of Final Fantasy are overlooking it because of negative feelings toward the game.

Final Fantasy XIII does have a pretty awesome OST. “Daddy’s Got The Blues” is actually one of my favorite tracks in all of the games and was even what I used as the theme for my podcast for a while. I think the entire XIII trilogy gets a little bit too much hate. I didn’t care for the gameplay of Final Fantasy XIII generally speaking although the last few hours did help somewhat. But the OST and visuals were still incredible and the story really holds its own.

Was hoping this ‘cast would replace the horrendous Ultima Final Fantasy e-begging show (seriously, screw them and the patreon everyone else paid for them to ride in on)… then you opened with DIVERSITY bawwwing (wahhh, sausage fest),

Jeez, is there a SINGLE good FF podcast out there?
