New Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete trailer on YouTube

Enjoy, and also keep in my mind the previous news post on the April Dengeki PS3 Interview with Nomura has been updated with an interview from the Dengeki PS March issue as well.

OMG the Cloud and Marlene stuff! The Cloud and Seph fight!
Wow, every trailer continues to blow me away. I truly just expected a shinier Advent Children, but they really pulled out all the stops. More explanation, more Tifa action, more dialogue, better colors, clearer picture, everything. This movie’s going to make me go through a few pairs of underwear 😛
I seriously feel you. The trailers are just fucking awesome. I really can’t wait to see what the final fight with Sephiroth will be like. That last Nomura interview confirms that not only was it redone, but even the music is different. I wonder what the music will be this time?
Just a few words about the trailer:

That flashback to the Midgar bombings in FF7 seriously nostalgia bombed the shit out of me.
Yeah, I felt the same thing….Pretty fucking epic.

Funny thing, I think that little dash towards Sephiroth is (unless they changed things elsewhere) the only time Cloud runs in the entire movie. All his other distance traveling is by jumping 😛

Well wait. Remember when Loz shoots Cloud, and then Cloud turns around and runs at them while dragging his sword on the ground? He ran during that and then jumped at them.
But still, there is more running in this apparently. XD

Totally understandable. But then again, there’s not that much new from the other one with the new song. But it had a good look at the FFXIII demo, the Reminiscence of Compilation of FFVII, and the Denzel OVA too.
Meh, I just might download it from the Jap. PSN after all. ._.

Most of the dialogue is old, but some of it is new(-ish). Except the beginning, all the other lines are the same as when these scenes were in the older trailers.
Tifa: “Cloud? This is a surprise, you calling here.”
Denzel: “It’s not him.”
Tifa: “Who is this? That’s Cloud’s phone, isn’t it?”
Denzel: “I don’t know. I don’t know what I should do…”
Reno: “It’s now been two years… hm, still two years? That was a nightmare. The world was almost done for, thanks to Shinra.”
Cloud: “Marlene, Denzel, and Tifa. You’ve always helped me. All this time I’ve been protected by someone else. Now it’s my turn.”
What does Cloud say to Marlene, though?
That last bit, that’s all the dialogue up to the Cloud and Marlene scene. The rest was in the other trailers. (That Marlene one was as well, though).
He says Marlene’s name, but you can use people’s names when speaking to them, so maybe “you, Denzel, and Tifa” would sound better.

This movie looks AMAZING.
The quality of the HD really shows off how much effort they put into getting even minute details in higher quality. The new theme & overall feeling of the movie makes me think that it’s going to do very well, and probably have higher reviews than the original – and not just for the visual quality. The Midgar bombing scene being included made me jump. The tie ins from the rest of the Compilation will be VERY much appreciated.
The bit about the Reminiscence of the FFVII Compilation got me really excited. Seeing a run through on the content introduced in Before Crisis is gonna be excellent, and help tie all the story elements together.

Also, Cloud totally initiates the original Omnislash when he gets that blue aura and starts sword-comboing Sephiroth. Somewhat.

Oohhhh!! I can’t stop watching it! The first part from the book made me happy to hear it instead of read it, and the part with Cloud and Marlene almost made me cry it was so cute since you never see Cloud and Marlene together! And the part with Sephiroth still gets me hyped up!
I want that song so BAD! It sounds a lot better than Calling. They’re not going to have a promotional trailer for the song like they did for Why are they?
I belive we’ll get one more trailer before April 16.
