Official NA Dissidia Site Updated

The North American website has been updated with a bit of content. There are actually two sites; one for Cosmos and one for Chaos. Clicking on Characters on Cosmos’ site sends you to the profile for the Warrior of Light. Similarly, Chaos’ site houses the profile for Garland. The other links are the same, the story synopsis reads as such,

Cosmos, the goddess of harmony. Chaos, the god of discord.

Reigning from different realms, the two gods have gathered warriors from all lands to lead them in a savage war.

Cosmos and Chaos were of equal strength. It was believed the conflict would last forever. But–

The balance was broken. Those who answered Chaos’ call created an inexhaustible force.

Under vicious attack without relent, the warriors fighting for Cosmos started to fall one by one.

The conflict that has continued for eons is about to end in Chaos’ favor.

The world has been torn asunder, sinking into a vortex of disorder.

As for the few surviving warriors-

their fates are about to be determined.

There is no mention of the release date on the site, but clicking on Pre-order links to Gamestop where the release date is indeed listed for August 31, 2009. We’ll keep you appraised.
