These get into why I think it'd be a really neat game to try out with PSVR – something that I have a few games with. The sort of immersion experience that it is looking to deliver seem to very satisfying.

Is there any hope this will have multiple game modes like Tetris Worlds did?

I really hated how bland Tetris Ultimate felt by comparison.

I guess they're going for idk, an immersive, psychadelic effect with the whole VR thing - I mean it's still very much a 2D game no matter how much LSD you add to it.

It was nice to see that tetris guy reeeally notice the lag and shit though - and how much better it was in VR. Lag and a lack of at least 60 FPS are really two major steps backwards that have been taken in gaming. I hope someone steps the h*ck up and goes "we do HD at a constant 122 fps" or whatever the exact framerate was. It feels like a constant race or tradeoff now.

I'm not so keen on VR though.

1. It's expensive as hell.

2. I (and others like me) don't have 20/20 vision, and I know people who have Amblyopia (Lazy eye), so there's no strong guarantee that they'll have a "fun" experience.

3. Lag is something people can adapt to, so it's not entirely a justified reason to get VR. If you've played fighting games online like me, you know there's plenty of people out there with the skill to burn through games even if there's 7 frames or 19 frames of lag.

So… play it without VR? I'm not sure what your point is, since the game is designed as a standard and VR capable title.
