![]() So they have 3 editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Game of the Year, with GotY edition having the most stuff with it and priced at $40. Any suggestions on which I should go for? Is the DLC worth $20 more? |

YES very much so I still haven't even finished the game but I have EA access so i'm in no rush but from what I have heard the second DLC or the last one is worth it as it kind of sets up the next game. I kind of ruined the game reading up on it.

Personally I think Trespasser, the final DLC, is the only one that is a must-have. The others are still good but from a story perspective aren't nearly as necessary.

This reminds me of how I need to finish my Fuck Everyone Over playthrough with Brigitte

So, currently playing through Inquisition, as a few people know already. Started at the beginning of the month, but had some time where I wasn't playing due to moving into the new house.
Currently playing as: Female mage Trevelyan (a new one for me; I don't usually pick mages) Approximately 86 hours in, bouncing back and forth between Emerald Graves and Emprise du Lion. Haven't even gotten to Here Lies the Abyss yet, don't really plan to anytime soon. I fell into sidequest hell right away. Everyone's in the level 17 range. I've gotten my ass spanked by two dragons. A couple more levels and I'll feel comfortable to go back and take on that Fereldan Frostback. I've recruited everyone. Dorian's my bff. I'm romancing Cullen because... I just have a type ok? ![]() Oh, I'm also playing on default mode because I skipped Dragon Age II. ![]()

Enjoy. Inquisition has its flaws and the internet loves to exaggerate them to high heaven, but it's still legit my game of this generation.

DA2 had some great characters but a piss poor budget. It felt like DLC rather than a full game. Hell the Witcher 3 Blood and Wine felt more like a full game than DA2 did.
Which is a shame, DA2 is one of those games I want to love but can't. I've just finished Detroit: Become Human (completed it twice, enjoyed it) & I'm looking for a another console game to play. And I've never seen any of the male romances yet... *ponders*

I absolutely love Cullen as a romance option. He's such a well-rounded character now you get to see more of him. I also played the same character coincidentally (except mine looked more like Daenerys from GoT). I really should pick up my Nightmare replaythrough sometime soon!

My Dragon Age friends--this is an awesome Kickstarter if you want to back it:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects...m=dragon%20age I follow the creator on Instagram and she makes some bombass pins. I've been on a pin kick lately. ![]() EDIT: Picture of the pin designs would not load for some reason. Adding it as an attachment.

So the the Game of the Year Edition of this game is currently on sale for $10 on the US Playstation store. That's a pretty tempting deal, though personally I would generally be more inclined to play games like this on PC. Any thoughts?

IMO the Inquisition UI was made for console. It feels much smoother with a controller.
That, plus the fact that the PC version was full of bugs, including at least one showstopper one that I encountered :/ Luckily I was able to fix it but it took me a good two or three hours. They might have patched most of them now though. |

Really the only Dragon Age game that plays better on PC is Origins for obvious reasons. Also yes Force you should absolutely buy it. You should play the second one though, is not a bad game at all, is rather different from the usual Bioware formula in terms of story and characters.
