Hrmm. I just tried running the patch myself through Lunar IPS. Bad Checksum does come up, but it also loads just fine otherwise in SNES9x V1.53.

Try using https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/240/ and see how that works for you?

I actually started with that one and when it didn't work I tried floater ips. It looks like I snes9x 1.52, I'll have to give it a shot with 1.53
