As I said, I thank Nojima for treating her properly like the heroine of FFVII, I think she is written brilliantly in Rebirth. But what I want is Tifa not getting shafted. Like why doesn't she have a dress made just for her? It may look stupid to you but a lot of her fans were looking to that, they want to see Tifa dressed up too in cool clothes, to show her feminine side. They'll never have her wear a gown but come on? The GS was the best place to have her wear one made for her that she wouldn't share with others. Aerith gets that, Yuffie gets a cute kimono, Tifa gets nothing? Why?
Why was it decided that it'd be her chapter that would get binned instead of chapter 17 which is a fcking hassle to go through? It took AGES to get to control Tifa and it wasn't really interesting either lol since it's a minigame (and next is also a minigame...).
Also you may not care about fashion, but Tifa does! Tifa is a feminine character, she likes dresses, she sews, she scolds Barret when she sees Marlene in rags, but the games never show that, while her fans want to see that side of hers. And EC even less than others; when they made that comment that characters only wear what they would wear normally, I screeched for both Tifa and Cloud. Obviously that was a bold faced lie. She would never wear the bunny outfit, the Amarant outfit or the passion mermaid outfit (two out of three were just fanservice), and certainly not Sabin's outfit (not in those colours! She would totally wear it if the colour scheme wasn't clownish). Even the Bahamut outfit I simply don't think is Tifa's style. And there's a big part of her fandom that does want to see her in cuter outfits, and also want to see her aknowledged as the other half of "dual heroine", not some side chick who's a bit important.
Also again, this is not a Tifa vs Aerith, everyone thinks Aerith deserved to be Terra and that she looks great, but mostly people are skipping because of Tifa's treatment. It's not a shipping thing either, it's about Tifa, and only Tifa.
