Neither really? I like the ones that inflict status effects. I've been saved by things like darktouch, stonetouch, poisontouch, etc. so many times... And Evade & Counter, Triple AP, Break Damage Limit, and Overdrive to AP are awesome, too. Also... never underestimate the value of Sensor...
