I can't see what's ambiguous about the Reunion Files. They speak about them rather bluntly as a couple in crisis, even calling Tifa a koibito. They only see ambiguity because they twist all those quotes. Like Vendel, I'm puzzled why there's no soul searching. Don't they get tired of not taking...

I think that page made it canon, don't you? They don't say it only applies if you get the scene. They say, this is what happened. Period.
