Gameplay video of Light VS Squall! Ignore the the Universal Tuning bit in the title, it's definitely Duodecim. Though it doesn't really show us anything new, like assist partners. But it sorta looks like the background for the EX burst has changed a bit? Also, what's with that battle menu?

Celes may have been a mistranslation of Cecil though. on the other hand, there's something about airships floating around.
EDIT: Yup, Celes has definitely not been shown (yet). And Cloud and Zidane are shown talking to Kuja and Squall and Lightning are an ass to WoL and Tifa doesn't know who Sephiroth is.
