One thing I'm doing differently next year: Any categories with more than a certain number of nominees will allow multiple voting. I'll probably have members vote on the cutoff. There were several categories that were basically impossible to vote for because there were too many deserving nominees.

Glad people enjoyed these, btw, and thanks. It really wasn't as much work as a lot of you seem to think it was.
