As of today, after probably months of debating and pondering, we have decided to remove The Man as administrator from TLS forums. We do not feel that some of the behaviour or attitude he has developed over the last year and a half in public threads and in the private staff section is representative of the community we want to have or the behaviour we want our staff members to show on TLS. We have had numerous complaints from various members about his behaviour too, where they admitted to feeling uncomfortable to post with him in his position.
This is a closed announcement; the decision was made by staff consensus and is not up for debate. I apologise for sounding harsh, but it has been a harsh thing for me to do, too, I've known and have worked with The Man on various sites for the past decade, etc - but ultimately, it's the only way to go. We'd like to thank Aaron for his services to the site and mostly the forums since the beginning.
