Who's cuter - AC Aerith or ACC Aerith? Unlike most characters who got an overhaul, her face was practically redesigned.

ACC definitely.

In AC her eyes are far too green, her face far too orange and her hair far too brown. Everything clashes with everything else.

ACC the colour palette is more suctle and flows together.

Is it just me, or does she look way more Asian in the original?

Anyway, they both have positive attributes and any preference I might express is likely to be primarily a result of the fact that ACC's graphics are just better quality, so I just won't express one

ACC definitely! 8D She looks more realistic imo and the colors are more vibrant which is better^^ AC Aerith looks old and kinda bored compared to ACC lol
Maybe we should compare Tifa too =D though I think that Aerith's design has changed more and Zack looked HUGE in the that scene o_o

Yeah, CC Aerith is my favourite.
There's something about ACC Aerith I don't like. It's her nose and starey eyes. AMAGAD. Her ears are huge and I think she's too pale.

CC Aerith is best imo. But between AC and ACC, I like the ACC Aerith because AC Aerith looks...weird.

It's sort of funny, her nose reminds me of that Aerith cosplayer Adella's.

She looks much more "Western" in the ACC shot. I also thought it looked like she was wearing eyeshadow in AC, but in ACC she looks more natural.

I didn't really like how they designed her during that scene in ac. The bright light through her features off and made her look tired. She looks far more lovely in acc. I just wish there were more full face shots of her.

But CC Aerith still trumps all.

ACC Aerith definitely has a more realistic and decidedly "Western" look to her. I mean her nose is more aquiline in that picture. AC Aerith on the other hand has a slightly wider nose-though it's subtle. The brightness of the colors and the intensity of their lens flare was too much for me in the AC pic though. In ACC, she looks overall crisper and more expressive because in the AC one she looked pretty boring. I also liked the color palette in the second pic--the colors just complimented each other very well.

Oh and yeah, CC Aerith is just adorable. I <3 her white dress and just yeah her overall design is cool.

Maybe it's just that picture, but something just looks off about her face in the ACC shot. She looks more like a china doll and less realistic. I prefer the AC one.

I kinda see what you mean. It's the lighting, I guess. It makes her look a bit like she has powder on her face.

I still prefer it to AC's Aerith. At least, that shot. She looks like she's been drugged.

I could conceivably acquire one, but it wouldn't have much point. Most of the characters in ACC just look crisper, clearer, and in general *better*, than they did in AC. Aerith is the only one I know of who was actually redesigned, not just enhanced.

As for me I like things about Aerith in AC and ACC. She does look noticeably different, but I couldn't say which is better.

Except that I agree with others that CC Aerith is really adorable. And my favorite.

When I first watched Advent Children, I thought Aerith looked absolutely amazing. But after comparing the two side by side, I have to admit ACC does look better. There's something more natural about it.

I liked the way she looked in the original game the best. I like her old sprite that she had in the game. She was also portrayed nicely and the images of her during CGI's were good but they were decent in AC as well.
