Recently I found some clips on youtube that reminded me just how funny he was. For example:

It's such a simple concept for a show and yes it's even been done before, but what surprised me was how taxing the show was on its actors. Apparently after the last episode was done being recorded, Max Wright pretty much just up and left without saying anything

It also ended on a cliffhanger, and I dunno about you but me personally, I don't consider Project Alf the way it should have ended. I mean sure it's canon and all maybe but... I would have really rather he got to go back home. I Just have a feeling that's how they were going to end it.

Anyone else remember this show? I just think it's fun to revisit this stuff

I remember this show! It's one of the few comedies I liked and I still watch the reruns when they air back home.

... Though I also remember some of the cast saying that Max Wright was an asshole to them all off-screen anyway.

ALF is the shit. I've always loved that show.

And apparently it was brutal on the actors cause they installed a shitload of trap doors so alf could show up anywhere and the puppeteers had someplace to be. Problem with that was, there were trapdoors all over the fuckin floor, and it took awhile to make sure one was secure so that the actors didnt kill themselves accidently. This lead to alot of time wasted making sure they were secure, and alot of long nights.
