Love Tim Burton, and I've always wanted to see a darker adaptation of Alice in Wonderland.

Yeaaaah... I like how nobody else is rly mentioned in that movie and it's basically just another Johnny Depp film.

Yeah, unless he plays only a bit role and/or Alice is absolutely amazing, Depp is gonna steal the show once again.

Well, he is only the Mad Hatter, but the Mad Hatter is one of the most memorable characters in the tale.

But yeah, Alice is supposed to be relatively mundane compared to the Wonderlanders, and act as the straight man to the entire world.

Yeah but while the Mad Hatter's memorable, he's still a relatively small character compared to others in the tale. The most would have to be the Cheshire Cat. And while other people didn't get mentions, mostly because they're small time actors or no names... but Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway are pretty big stars. And yet.... no mention. Barely even a showing in the trailer.

Also this is liek... the fourth film Carter and Depp have done together.
