Or herp derp we could all vote for different bands and then every one chooses a different song by said band. They'd just have to say what song they're using so that they're all different. xD

I think it would be better to have general categories/themes (like comedy/parody, action, romance, etc), or if we do have people doing the same song maybe make sure the song is short/cut?

Yeah, I think that would be good, Kat. You could also have like a "free for all" category, where they can do whatever they want. Also if there's more than one category, people can enter one vid per category?

I do like the idea of giving people the same song and seeing what they do differently with it, but I think for the competition it would be good if it were more open.

Yeah I was thinking there would be rounds, so first round would be whatever theme is voted first, second round would be whatever is voted for next ( things such as free for all, other themes that didn't get a chance the first round, etc )

So I guess I'll just make general categories and have you guys vote then.
