Stilva. Replaying through Disc 2 in Gaea's Cliff, nothing worse than being trounced by Magic Breath and decimating the entire party. Seriously gave me a reason to top everyone up to full health inbetween every random encounter.

You have just reminded me of the most annoying enemy of them all:

THE HANGING ICICLE inside Gaea's Cliff. I died a little inside each time I was forced to assault that fucking thing until it cracked slightly and had a wee fit to itself

The cracking icicles wern't a problem really. I remember obliterating them with Cosmo Memory and Cloud and Cid's limits without really any bother whatsoever.

Oh yeah they were completely random and out of place, absolute concur. I just didn't find them annoying because so easy
