Another Writers Strike Looming

As everyone will remember the last one in 2007 did a number on a lot of shows and movies. Television suffering the most with shows getting interrupted, shortened, delayed or outright cancelled.

The Know did a good piece on the situation now:

They're in an even stronger position right now tbf, the whole movie industry is - in 2007 there were some well-running shows, but now it is (or feels) at least ten times biggerer.

Sigh. And here I thought 2017 was going to kick off a trend of good horror movies for the rest of the decade.

On the other hand, I actually thought a lot of the night talk shows got funnier, haha.

Yeah, pretty much this. If they're not getting the pay they should be getting, then good for them for striking.
