This isn't the first time she's raped an outfit for her "style" in a situation and the whole concept is the "jokerishness" the Joker has done the same thing himself several times over the years. She's worn a jacked up Batgirl oufit before too, I guess that doesn't fit her too huh?
It's fine if you don't like it, but saying it doesn't fit her is just erroneous. It's her way of augmenting the amusement she derives from a situation, and wearing a nurse's outfit from Arkham that she's fucked up is her way of doing it in this situation.
