Best online FPS/Shooter for PS3?

Can anyone recommend any good online FPS/Shooters for PS3? I would just play MGO again but I've been there and done that.

This isn't typically my genre so keep it simple, folks.

I don't have a PS3 so I can only reccommend the multi-platform games, but I'd go for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 if you want an FPS (Modern Warfare is good but overrated, and maps are ridiculously expensive even now) or Red Dead Redemption if you want a 3PS. (The only other I've played, and remember, is GoW2, which is not great by comparison)

Bad Company 2, Crysis 2(get this for awesome visuals and campaign), Red Dead Redemption, Uncharted, Uncharted 2, and rent Killzone 2/3 to see if it's your speed. I found the campaigns lackluster and the MP just a little too free and loose with the mechanics.

GTA4 and the episodes are good shit too.

I mean, I'm sure there are good ones out there for the PS3. They're literally just a dime a dozen on the 360.

Eh. Not really, there's a great deal on PS3 too.

360 just has a wider base.

I'l play Uncharted 2 with you online anytime. Aside from that I don't really play shooters, but its a good one.

That'd be good. It's gonna be a toss-up between Uncharted 2 or Red Dead Redemption. My inner-cowboy is telling me to go with RDR.

I miss my MGO addiction, best game ever =p. I haven't played any pure FPS games in recent times, I think the last one was Resistence 2, which didn't do anything for me. Neither did Halo 2, or Killzone 2. I guess I like to do more things than just point and shoot. I can see myself perhaps liking GTA4 and Red Dead Redemption (haven't played either game), but I bet the gameplay isn't as refined as MGO.
