Of the nominees, Tres and Lex are the most active on the front page, which I appreciate in staff members. I won't cast my vote based on that, though, as we have a separate category for the best site contributor.
It's between Yop and Aaron for me. Yop is often the guy to make a decision after the staff have been discussing something for a while, and that's important, but Aaron is the one who does the most overall as a mod and admin, so he gets my vote.
