Pretty late with this...but the Prestige Edition is coming with fully functioning Night Vision Goggles. Price tag reads $150 tho.

That's quite neat, imo. Although I'm kinda sure it fails, seeing that those are usually shit expensive.

Personally I preferred Price's look compared to Soap's look.

Soap looks just like any other redshirt except his jaw is a few times bigger and being the main character he doesn't wear a helmet. =(

Eh, it's not bad but not great either. Some of the in-game surfaces looks a little iffy, flat and low-res and lighting looks funny, but apart from that yeah it's pretty epic. Aside from the story, gun choices and Hollywood aspect, though, I don't really see much of a difference to the first.

And hey they put the Call of Duty tag back on it!
