Truthfully I've quit being much of a dancer since high school. It's one of those things I want to start back up again before I get too old.

Awesome! I do hoop dancing and belly dancing as a hobby, it's great for keeping fit and it's so much fun. *starts hoop dancing*

Dancing with drinks = the potential spillage of precious, precious booze and that's a chance I'm just not willing to take.

My drink of choice is usually Bacardi, but white rum of any variety gives me hellish hangovers these days. The perils of advanced age.

Enough vodka will also give me a terrible hangover, but I'm trying to practice moderation right now. Hopefully with enough practice, I'll get it right.

Oh hell yes, belly dancing FTW! I haven't had too many lessons, but I enjoyed the hell out of it.

On a random note, what's always been an interesting distinction for me is dancing for entertainment as opposed to dancing as a form of artistic expression. I've been to a few concerts involving the latter, and it's always fascinating for how much I don't understand right away.
