I rarely have scary dreams, I just kept waking up and not being able to fall back asleep.

Sucks, maybe you should get medication for that? I took sleeping pills for awhile, but I was getting too dependent on them so I stopped.

cba. There's been a lot of noise lately so that's probably a lot of the reason. Which is why I'm just going to start going to bed somewhat earlier
