Except during the trial, all his dirty secrets would come out and scare away his fans, like what happened with Max in "Turnabout Big Top".

And even then, he just gets thrown right back in prison. Maybe he'll get lucky and it'll be really nice like

UNFORTUNATELY, for the first point, not all of his fans will be scared away--in fact, a lot more fangirls (of the different kind) will come and create his cult. And don't you forget his flunkies.

For the second and third points, he can also fight barehanded (he's supposed to be the best here), so he can't be thrown back into prison, because he's strong, elusive, and sexy.

Except my arguments are from the FFVII universe, where Sephiroth is President God very strong and can only be beaten by Cloud.

None of those characters are Cloud so they can't beat Sephy. Much less put him in prison. Because Sephy not being to escape from prison while he can walk through flames is just plain silly.

Don't use that Clerith argument on me. Sephiroth pwns that and you know it.
