I like Quiznos; they have soups! I never tried Subway, but I dislike their commercials; yes, I'm very sensitive. 
:-\ Really, when it comes to deli, I like Wawa. As for Chili, I've been there only once or twice, but it was okay - nothing very special, except my one (teenage years) birthday and the humongous sundae they brought out for me. ;D

Chilli's is major suckage with CS. Customer Service. Or rather Customer Shit. Everytime I go there they're usually rude or lazy. Last time, they let three groups go on ahead of us! It wasn't until I stood up and said "hey, we were suppose to be seated three groups ago!" that they said "oh, yeah, we have a table for you". Niiice. And when she finally did seat us she was all "Oh, sorry for the wait". It's not the wait, dumbass, it was you forgetting us! She could have at least had the decency to say "Sorry for forgetting about you.". No, she pretended we were just impatient.

I haven't had a problem with their customer service at mine, it's just that I think the food really sucks. Their chili is the worst I've ever tasted.
I'd rather get Wendy's chili any day. Even if it does have fingers floating around in it.

I think it's the individual franchise rather than the chain. Some places just have shitty waiters. I've been to good and bad restuarants and oftentimes it's the waiters that fuck up.
I also really liked Red Lobster. Haven't been there in ages sadly.
