Mmm. Personally, I'm going to avoid getting married until at least age 28. The number is arbitrary, but my reasoning is that I'd like to have figured out who I am, where I want to go, and what will make me happy by then. I don't want to get married young and then things not work out. Wedding vow is a promise, and I keep my promises...so I want to make sure it's right.

So I could see myself being in a committed relationship for a couple of years before marrying someone. I think part of why so many marriages don't work out is because people rush into them. I could tell you a story...

No, I would have to agree with that. So many people are marrying so young today, it's funny, because they've only met the person for like what, four months before getting married? It'd take a lot longer for me to even consider marriage (well, I'm don't want to get married). I don't see the point in marrying someone though, honestly.

I'm planning to at some point, but I don't really have the funds to support myself on my own yet and my parents aren't able to move until they get the house sold, so for the time being I'm stuck with them. At the moment it looks like we'll eventually end up moving to Atlanta though.
