So...how's everyone's day been going so far?

Early, . Got up at 5.15 and onto the first bus / train towards Amsterdam, a three hour trip and worked all day.

But I did manage to get messages to work now. I can spam random people up on Dutchyland's biggest social network site now, fgj.

I get there about 20 to 4 and I mix up all the doughs (which is 5 different mixers) and I have to have them ready by the time the boss gets in at 4. Then we weigh off all the buns and bread and put them in the pruver (the thing that helps them rise). Then we'll have a cup of tea then either do the pies first or the biscuits and squares. Then we have breakfast. Then after that we'll do whatever we didn't do before then have a coffee. Then after that I work by myself and make pastry, weigh up the dry stuff for the buns and bread for tomorrow and then clean up.

Thats about it really.

When last I worked in a restaurant, I worked in the bakery myself, doing very much the same thing (mixing/cutting dough, proofing, the desserts, that whole deal). I never was very good at rolling the dough into perfect spheroids, though =/
