The chit chat thread is too cluttered tbh, theres always like 3 or 4 conversations going on at once and that shit is tiresome to continue on with for any great length of time. It generally kills my interest after about 5 minutes :/

The biggest problem with ACF is that the staff didnt give a shit about what the member thought and just did what ever the hell they pleased.

Honestly gabe, don't really give a crap tbh.
The place was made primarily for FF7 crap. The other sections were made to appease the members, and they didn't cause any trouble to do so. I don't see why GC is so useless to you people, but I don't think I care anymore.
Whatever I say falls on deaf ears, and people keep moaning and bitching. I'm just going to leave it to more patient people.
What winds up getting done, I'll be sure to stay out of it.

Yet you were the one going on about how we can't compromise and how giving people what they want makes us look like we're incapable of settling on things. That said, adding a section on a test basis when it's clear a significant portion of the member base would actually use it and has provided rationale in favour of adding it is quite a bit different from unbanning a user (apparently) because he won't stop making dupe accounts. Keep in mind, staff weren't initially in favour of adding teams either, but after enough people liked the idea, people changed their minds.

A significant portion of the member base? Yeah, 10 people who only ever post in GC, or to bitch and moan about spam is not a significant portion. Even out of "the only 50 people who are active" that's not a significant amount.
