Hmm, seems like the writing sparkle often exists during the younger years.
90 characters... Wow, I never created more than 20-25 characters for each universe
So does each character have a back story and unique personality? If they do, then you must certainly be of great writing skills.

I think Aerith and Bonaventura should do that, if they have the time.
Personally I won't pursue the idea. I don't have the motivation to go further than creating vague drafts.
Besides, there will always be too much self-insertion and Mary Sue characters in my stories.

Well, most of them are meet at different stages in the story, but most of them don't really have a real background. Most NPC's are just there to help or bash your head, but a small portion of them are important in the main storyline (of course, when I'll actually GET to them), so they have some background.

@kunoichi; I'm only at chapter 5 at this point, but I calculated that the story I'm writing might exceed 100 chapter... that's really x_x

When writting such a long story, there's danger of discontinuing, so I try to write as much chapters as I can, to see if it isn't all just waste.

@Aerith; I like your characters, they sound interesting

It was kind of hard to come up from where the magic would come and stuff, but in the end I'll probably explain magic in a scientific way somewhere in the story.

Scientific explanation FTW. Just throw in a bit of quantum mechanics, casimir effects, nano machines, signaling technology and chemistry. Mix, add a pinch of salt , and you'll have an intriguing explanation for "magic" (which subsequently will cease to be "magic&quot.

Oh, lol

I would go something along the lines of ''Magic exist in everything and everyone, an ethereal force which manifests differently in a certain being. Magic is a part of life and it exists as a part of us all. It can be extracted, distributed and commanded blah blah blah'', but hey, I can always change my mind! It's only about 60-70 chapters into the story!

But seriously, for now, the origin of magic exist as an enigma for me as well.
