A Link to the Past, Pokemon (the originals and Gold/Silver are the ultimate nostalgia trip for me). FFVII and FFIX, too, although a bit less so. Maybe Skies of Arcadia (it's one of my favorite games but I say maybe because I have this weird nostalgia thing with it where I pretty much have to play it in the summer; there are certain games where I only tend to play them around the time of year that I remember first playing them.) Of those games, though, I think that ALttP is the only one I've replayed in its entirety multiple times - with RPGs I get in a mood where I really want to play them for a bit, but I have a tough time playing them all the way through again.

Final Fantasy 4 is likely the most replayed game for me. Earthbound is high on the list too. Link to the Past sees a play through at least once a year. But they are games I play to completion. In terms of games that I play to kill time... Duke Nukem 3d, Civilization 4, Master of Orion 1 and 2, GTA Vice City, pretty much any Mario game.
