OK, made a start on Early's OVA. I actually wrote enough for it to count as a post in the main story on its own. Pity this is only scene one, act one. 
I'm soon going to have to choose between splitting the OVA into two separate stories (one that has little to do with anything, but is quite fun, and one dealing with Early's first Animus encounter), or making it one fairly long story. Either way, there will be one hell of a mood whiplash.

Actually, they could be the reason why the Volsung facility in Yaiden is busted up (all province governors reported the losses as "dissidents", even if they'd sent the troops to tear the place up themselves). It would also explain why the cyborg-angels fled out of Damascus.
