As for actually POSTING the posts, I think it should go Tennyo, Alex, Aki, because of the events that happen. Isn't it right about now that Chris and Riese appear, and also Lokka?
And then somebody (probably one of the humans) can turn on the news and then the whole Mileina thing happens? And then Kerr has his speech, I think? XD I don't think we ever really clarified when that happens.

Also, Joe, I'm around to edit the second part of Hannah's OVA, if you'd like.
