I'm not exactly very fussed that my characters aren't going to get much action in the near future, y'know. RL commitments aside and everything I think I've already had quite a bit of attention towards my characters for the time being.

Also, I'm going to sneak in a few things using Wolfe's Pack that won't be directly involving the Destrillians parties but it'll run parallel to everything that's happened so far. It'll keep some of my characters busy at the very least with an impact that won't directly fuck up any directions that the main crew is going in so far.


Also if Jettison can't go to the other one, then, well, y'know, she and Nova don't necessarily have to split As for the rest of the Soldiers Espain they're really just faceless ninjas so they can just be on call, bumming around until they're needed. I have a bit of an idea what to use them for immediately before and during the Audoula arc, but I'll run that by Big Guy Noen once I have a better idea that's more coherent than "PERSON X WILL BE HERE".

Once shit starts going down big-time in Osea, Veronica and the rest of Denann will be hauling ass elsewhere. Once again, I'll put the idea out there once I get it sorted out.

Glad everybody liked my efforts. I'm gonna be inking and colouring a few chibis today, but FIRST, it's time to get my post up! I'll have it done in a few hours~

Tennyo, Noen is writing up an outline of the megapost for us, complete with any dialogue that Stolz will have that's fixed - things like their explanation to the question "who the HELL are you?" That should be done for tomorrow, so you and I can start writing out the trip to their place when we get that.

EDIT: Posted! Now to get working on those megaposts - I hear the IBC one is nearing completion, and Team Van is slowly getting a move on. Let's do this!

All stories that are in their own little series of events are mashed together in singular posts, so the thread isn't so cluttered and people don't have double or triple posts. So yeah, all OVAs are still there, just not all over the place like they were.

This brought to you in part by Adri's Fiona OVA, in which we needed to come up with a reason why Viola would be happy to just send wave after wave of soldiers into training rooms to die on a daily basis.

So here's an idea: most of the soldiers that they send in are prisoners of war that Artolia captured in the war and kept around for this precise purpose. Telling 'em some bullshit like "fight for your lives and you'll gain your freedom." That would explain why Viola was happy to send so many people to their deaths when it would otherwise be really expensive and also a bit questionable to the outside.

Thoughts?

OH FREAKING LOL. It's funny because it's something Idris would do, tsundereness aside. The Fiona comment fits perfectly too.
And weirdly enough, when I had my Idriona dream, it was like simultaneously reading text and watching a movie. Yes, both at the same time.
I don't even know how my brain works sometimes.
Out of curiosity, what was the line of dialogue in the other one?

XD I’m glad you liked it. But I think the tsundereness would be possible in that situation - the majority of people respond to a confusing attraction by getting irritable with the person they’re attracted to. Or, in my case, they get irritated without being attracted to me. And I think the fact Adri thanked my post means she agrees Fiona was in character, too.

BTW, my comment that Fiona made the comment about Idris’ “pet” being about her wanting to reassert her own tsundere status… That was creative license, not part of the dream. XD

LOL, dreams are powered by the subconscious, and the subconscious uses whatever tools are best for the job. I mean, the majority of my writing (both for the RP and otherwise) starts as a movie in my head, which I then translate into words (if I could draw, my posts would be very different, as I expanded my vocabulary out of frustration at my drawing skills). Other times, it’s just wordswordswordswordswordswordswords and not even in any order.

Ahm, can’t remember what the line was - although, I think it was a line of narrative rather than dialogue. Which is annoying - when I saw it in the dream, I remembered it exactly. Woke up, couldn’t remember the wording at all. I’ll have to look back through the RP posts to find out. I’ll get back to you.

AND THAT HUGE SKETCH SHEET IS AWESOME! And chibi Early looks good, too. (Although, seeing him close to the sketch of Idris marked “Baldy”... I can't help imagining him trying on some of her wigs. XD (But he has his own. So would he really need to? Well, no...))

And I really will use people's ideas for killing off this character. So far, Joe has suggested a forklift "accident". If you can beat that, bring it =P
