Thalia Caverly has always felt misunderstood. While seemingly normal at first, Thalia is over analytical and unpredictable, to the point that it could be mistaken for either insanity or just plain stupidity. While she is aware of her oddities and tries to maintain a sense of normality, her mind randomly drifts off by itself, unintentionally. Often she prefers to be alone. Not because she wants to be alone, but because she’d rather have someone think of her as a loner, mysterious, an outcast; anything but odd. Because of her tendency to avoid contact with others, she struggles with social contact and acts awkward and shy towards strangers; even when comfortable with someone she remains cautious, in fear that she might drive them away. However, despite the fact that she is clumsy in nature, when Thalia is determined, she maintains a confident grace about her that is usually nonexistent.
Physical Appearance:
Standing at a height of 5’6’’, she has a slender but formidable figure. With a pale complexion, Thalia’s jet black hair falls just beneath her shoulders, her bangs often covering her violet eyes. She doesn’t have much variety in her clothing, and is mostly seen in a plain, dark brown shirt, a white skirt that reaches a little below her knees and sneakers. She wears an elbow brace on her right arm because it’s supposedly "weaker" than anywhere else on her body, despite futile attempts to "strengthen" her arm.

I modelled it after a phoenix and a dragon too mind you, symbolizing Viola's superiority.

My thing with the logo is that it has a heckuva lot of embellishments, little shapes here and there that give it a lot of layers, stuff a logo usually lacks. I don't know what Noen personally thinks about the design itself, but it's very militaristic, in my opinion overtly so. Considering what Viola is into, it's not a bad thing, but there's something about the giant V in the middle that puts me off.
Generally with logo designs, especially commercial logos for companies involved some way in science, text (or shapes resembling text) don't get used as a central part in a logo (unless it's in a scientific way), or are generally clearly imposed as part of the whole name.
Going for a central theme (like a phoenix or something) is definitely the right thing to go for, try and build on that. Make it a bit more obviously symbolic. I'll cite an example like Aesir Pharmaceuticals (from Max Payne), but how clearly you want to make the symbolism is up to you. Try making the logo look less like a crest or a coat of arms, that's the vibe I'm getting from it right now.

I think since Viola's really under my control right now, that I should have first crack at designing the official logo.
What you've got going on atm Mumble looks good, but seems to have more in common with a family crest than a snappy corporate logo.
You're more than welcome to have a good crack at the Spencer family crest though : > to make it as elaborate as you want.
