... And now that I think about it, I don't think we should have the club titled as, "When He Was Mine...." - I mean, it may be a bit offensive to some people ~ just saying though.

I don't mind the club name or what each different person believes though. This is kind of similar to the ideology I had for my old Cleris club ~Roses and Thorns~ actually where I believed that Cloud and Aerith were a bud beginning to blossom before Sephiroth stuck his nose in ~

Being honest I thought more than that with the entrance of the Compilation/Ultimanias (Omegas?)/novellas/all sorts of medias as well as the fun stuff like Aerith in Kingdom Hearts, Tactics and Itadaki but hey :monster:

All of the different things in the new stuff increased my appreciation of both the Cloud X Aerith and Cloud X Tifa pairings overall really :)

I don't think the title is offensive at all. I think that saying the club is purely fanon is what might upset some people. What if someone who supports Clerith as canon comes along, and they don't want to join because they think the club is only for fanon, or only supports one idea? =) I think that next to the fanon statement it should say that Clerith canon is also welcome to be discussed.

It's not exactly welcoming to have a Clerith club that's one sided if someone who does support Clerith as canon comes along. I can understand why people would think of a title such as, "When He Was Mine," as offensive - note that we don't support Clerith as canon, so we can't really tell from a Clerith view. But personally, I think a title such as ~Roses and Thorns~ is more suitable than a title that's deemed to be one sided. If this club is solely based on just supporting Clerith as a fanon pairing, as the introduction states in the first post of this club... we should probably ask a Clerith like Maidenofwar for her opinion, as she hold's a Clerith point of view; I can understand why this could be offensive to someone who views Clerith as canon. The same way works with the Cloti club we have right now.
