Huh...a new book-made into a new film series, huh? Wonder how they'll put into the sequel after this film is released?

Though I'm not sure in Sopie's character. Either she'll be growing up into a young woman due to her current actress will be growing up, or, like films before, they will replace her with a new actress to keep the child character young.

Secondly, Sophie(sorry for the mistake) is that girl who befriends the giant, because that's her name.

...The link very specifically states that they're following up the film with a TV series, rather than doing a sequel as a film. Also, Big Hero 6 doesn't have a character named Sophie, nor does it involve anyone befriending a giant, so I have absolutely NO idea what you're on about.

I'd say you're thinking of the BFG. (i.e. Lead character is Sophie. And the reference to giants, of course)
