Well, that doesn't do the rest of the fandom much good. Tell you the truth, I barely have time to frequent this cable for more than a little while each day, and sometimes only every other day, so if shit doesn't make its way through here, chances are I'm not going to know about it (and, yes, in the opinion of myself and quite a few others, it's worth knowing about).

I imagine the limited cable-running is true of quite a few of us. My point being, don't give him shit for being helpful.

Also, what's a bad thing?

That's what I'm trying to figure out.

As I implied to Batman, I don't care enough to teach myself a whole new version of HTML coding that I'm probably only going to use a few times for one website, when it works just as well for me to post in the forums and let the more experienced staff handle it. Again, if my preferred modus operandi displeases you, I can not provide any updates at all.

You are capable of being a very useful information hunter for this forum. Do not let trivial silliness like that put you down. Imo it is a proud thing you're doing and you shouldn't shy away from it. But that's what I think anyway. Not to antagonize, but trying to bring down the facts liek: you're not as incapable as you think you are, so don't let such things get in the way of what you can do. 8)

lawl, nobody needs to do any HTML, the software (Wordpress) has a built-in WYSIWYG editor for things like that, . This goes to anyone who's interested in the job, it's basically like Word, and we give courses (if needed) on how to post news and press buttons.

For advanced HTML stuffs that's rarely ever needed (only once, for an obscure video embedding), there's always me.

I'm still up for posting Dissidia news. Most of this influx of new stuff has just been coming in so quickly, and translations taking time, I try and allow enough time to go by before posting a horrid Google translation attempt.

We're not the Staff, we're the Admins.

I'd actually forgotten that I bothered my little brother to join here, but it's interesting that it's 50% of how I'm remembered (the other 50% that I'm useful when I'm here).

We've got a much larger number of frontpage capable posters, but that's no reason not to add one more if they'll be useful.





Also - for you folk new to WordPress who are interested in learning or curious about staffing and what you need to know to make frontpage posts, here ya go:

If you know <b><i><u><center><a href=""> you're essentially fine. <!--more--> gives you an "after the jump" break for the frontpage and <!--nextpage--> gives you a new page for exceptionally long articles. Aside from that, the image & video uploaders built in give you the coding that you need for lightboxes and all that other whatnot.
