I like the design and quality on those (except maybe those 'paint splashes on the left side of the Sephiroth one), but I think Sephiroth's face just looks too young there? I can't really place it, but it feels off somehow.

Yeah, I didn't like that larger splash too. Perhaps it could look a bit better if it was a black or dark grey paint.
I like Seph's face on that pic... He doesn't really look like himself though, but still fine to me.

First thing I noticed wasn't the boobs, actually, it was Tifa's hair. The way it is hacked off at the end is really distracting to me. :/

STill pretty, though.
