SPOILERS Favorite songs from the Remake

I don't want to pick one version in particular but I'm really happy "Those chosen by the Planet" has made a grand return as Sephiroth's theme after getting the shaft in favor of OWA for so long.

I thought I was the only one that felt like that. I always favored "those chosen" anyway

I've enjoyed absolutely all the music in the Remake, I can't say I've disliked one single track... well, maybe the Theme Song, I love Survive Said The Prophet, but that aside, the OST is wonderful ♥

Now, if I am to create my Top 5, that would have to be:

i was shocked that scarlet got a whole vocal theme together and it's honestly a lowkey jam

I can't listen to this one without sheding a tear.

It was the first music i heard from FFVII and from Final Fantasy as a whole.

And I loved it every second of it.

Ah, the nostalgia...

I agree. It conveys the mystery and dread of Sephiroth. OWA is more of a climax song.

I know, right? It's the same with me, as it also was my mom's favorite track from the OST along with "One Winged Angel", so I know what you mean!

I know this has been saidalready, but I am absolutely blown away by OWA Rebirth. I've been listening to it while reading dramatic scenes lately, and I'm obsessed now. It's so fierce, it's like you can hear the main part of the theme (that being the original version of the song) trying to rip it's way out until it finally happens in the third act of the fight. Those chaotic opening chords of the song give me life. I'm in the same boat as Makoeyes now, this is bu far my favorite version of the song and I don't know how they'll top it later.

I don't recall the titles of most tracks, but I personally like the boss themes for the Air Buster and the Ghoul, and the one that plays in Chapter 15. I think it's called Fires of Resistance?
