FFVII: Fan-Game (Project)

Hi all,

I was thinking instead of Hosting the FFVII Midgar Mod for Jedi Knight Game, why Not Create a brand new fan-game!

Anyhow, let me show you guys what I was able to do so far as proof of what's possible.

If you are prompted to install Unity Webplayer, it's OK it's safe to do so... you'll need to play this small demo.

Here we are able to control Tifa, Run, and Punch, but Punch only works if your are Idle. Controls are WASD - Move, and Left Mouse Click - Punch (attack)

Let me know what you think... and if your as excited about the idea as I am...

I will probably need some help from anyone who knows how to create 3D Models, to help with creating FFVII Environment.

the only models I have right now to work with are Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith found here:

I found some other models from Crisis Core, but these are totally ripped, and I guess may cause some problems like the Square Contacting me or something to shut it down lol! while these 3 models above we Mods for FFVII, I think they look much less like Ripped Models, and probably easier to get away with.

Anyhow let me know thoughts.

Thanks! But, I'm not sure if I will put in the time to do this if there is no real interest... So far does not seem like so...

I would want to community involved in the project between someone who knows how to model to help with creating ff7 environment, and some help with gameplay ideas and or narrative.
