If I wasn't really particular about my kitchen knife (I've been through a kajillion and always use the same one), I would buy something like this in a heartbeat. Actually,...I changed my mind...I'd buy it just to let it collect dust on my kitchen counter because it's that cool.

Other commenters pointed out that Gilgamesh would have been an even better holder. Though much more labor intensive to make, I'm sure.
