Final Fantasy VII: The Race

Since I was not around for the original race I would really like to see it for myself. I wouldn't be in the race but I'd be more than happy to be a spectator. As for making it an annual event I'm all for it. And this:

Some of them were new to TLS, and ended up joining the forum as a result.

should be reason enough to do it.

There is no gif that expresses my fear at the idea of doing this again. I think I'd like to. I don't know if the fact that I needed the toilet as soon as I saw this thread pop up is an indication that I shouldn't though.

The only thing I can say for certain is that I don't want to commit to it right at this moment, since my exams don't end until May 9th. Aside from whenever I choose to go into the office, my time is technically free until then, but I should really be studying.

Obviously I can't do it myself, but anything that brings in more members is cool with me. How about a race of some of the other FF's?

Definitely possible, but the reason I suggest FFVII again is because it fits our site the best. That's what I want to organise; if anyone else wants to organise a race for another game, they should do so, and can even use our rules from last year as a template

I suggest doing FFVII again, and see how records get broken every year. Some guys may want to break the fastest record. Others may want to break their own personal records...

I may be able to join in if the timing's okay and I can locate my console and game (they're in here somewhere.....). Otherwise I'll definitely come and cheer the brave souls on.

Flint knows this already, but I've promise to take part if no one else does (I think he wanted three participants this time?). So people, do this, because if I have to it's going to be the most boring race you've ever seen!

I might be open to do it depending on when it happens, I've never played FFVII pass the Wall Market and I would like to finish the game one day.

Racing I'll pass on; I've done one "speed run" and that was of FFI and that was too intense for me. But I'd like to join the chat and encourage you fine folks on, and maybe play FFVII a bit myself.
