I'm not sure why this should be relevant, if you're trying to make a point that age matters. Not only am I a pretty firm believer of age just being a number [(unless it were say, a child (like Hope) and a full grown adult (say, Lightning/Snow/Whomever)], but that really isn't much of an age difference at all. Lol, I don't think it's common ANYWHERE to just lift up someone's skirt and take a peek, or demand to see someone's chest. It's awkward, not because they're from a different time, just because it's plain not natural. =P The boob grabbing happens at their touching reunion, watch where Vanille's hand is when she hugs Fang. xD

Pro points for these two? Did you miss the part where Fang said that she would tear the sky down to keep Vanille safe? These two are also very physically and emotionally comfortable with one another, but it doesn't feel sisterly or motherly at all. It's almost like they're flirting sometimes. And, I'm not being a crazy shipper here, it just seems like common knowledge with the type of dialogue that happens.

I mean, they aren't as technologically advanced as Cocoon, but I wouldn't use the word primitive to describe a village that had mining machines, central water systems, and toy robots.

In addition, Fang obviously did not look up her skirt as a lesbian act; She looked at Vanille symbol to see if there was still time before Vanille would become Cie'th, as the symbol change over time. Proof of this was because she said Theres still time after "Looking up her skirt"

It's more the question of familiarity here. No, Fang was no going to go down on Vanille in front of everyone, but she already knows where her mark is placed (in the very suggestive location, no less) and doesn't ask permission before looking. Unlike when Fang asks Lightning before taking a peek at her mark rather than just unzipping her sweater and diving her head in between her breasts.
