Spandex, skin-tight brightly-colored clothing in general, whatever - you know what I mean.
Not that buff. In fact, I'm not sure if there's a term for looking like that,
.It's what comes up as 'green lantern', how the fuck am I supposed to know,
.You Americans and your comics. I want a good Suske & Wiske movie adaptation, ffs. And Donald Duck. Kuifje. Robbedoes & Kwabbernoot (known as Spirou et Fantasio in the orignal French and probably Engrish too, although only one was actually translated to English) (or, better yet, Kleine Robbe, full of sexually oriented humor). this one could quite well be adjusted to movie form.
Asterix & Obelix was awesome too, except the humor didn't quite cross over into the movies.

About Reynolds' buffness... Have you seen some of the guys who've played Superman? I mean, Dean Cain. Dean frickin' Cain! Build doesn't matter that much in live action superheroics, as long as they can handle the physical side of the shooting.
And if it did, we'd never see a live-action Hawkman. I don't think even Schwarzenegger was ever that GAR.
But on the GL film... am I the only one who hopes they pull off the eye thing we see in the comics? Where the pupil and iris are momentarily shown as the corresponding emotional symbol? I think they should take the
as the template.
Save it for the film's climax. Hal's being knocked down by the villain (am I right in thinking they're using Hammond as the main antagonist in the film?). I can't remember how the dialogue goes in Rebirth, but something like:

2) The CGI of the suit seen on the Entertainment Weekly cover is not finished.
3) The mask was photoshopped in. The real mask will look more physical and not spray-painted on his face.
4) 25 alien Green Lanterns, each with a different energy signature, were designed for major and minor roles in the movie.
5) A key-scene in the third act will feature all the 3.600 Green Lanterns.
6) Parallax's origin is different from the comics.
7) Sinestro's mustache is definitely in. His look was based mainly on Ivan Reis' drawings (currently pencilling Green Lantern vol. 4)
8) Writers have already outlined ideas for the second and the third movie, which include Sinestro's downfall; The Sinestro Corps War; the destruction of Coast City; Hal Jordan becoming Parallax and etc.

They should include the Air Force-vs-Marines brawl from Secret Origins, simply for the cameo of John Stewart.
Also, it would be good if there were some hints at the greater DCU, even if it's not directly related to the story. Considering it's Hal Jordan, I think there should be some news headline about a "modern day Robin Hood" in Star City, but limit it to that one line.
(I did have a spiel prepped about sequels... and then I saw most of my comments had already been covered in Dacon's pointers. Darn.)
