Wow that's actually ridiculous. I have to admit I've generally found most of what I've heard from the english VAs very good and spot on, I actually think Kuja's voice isn't bad at all whereas Zidane's which I thought would be the better is actually worse.
But still, that's such a poor job on S-E's part, it kind of sticks two fingers up to their American and European fans to not give their English VA's the chance to explore the character and give the voice as they'd imagine it. To tell them to imitate their japaneses counterparts, its almost like they don't give a shit, it does explain though why we've had some shitty voice acting in the past i.e Aerith in AC and KH and even then it took two games for S-E to come to the realization that no one liked her voice and to give her a new English VA for Crisis Core.
