Drive a car at fifteen in the States? Not really. Only with a licensed adult over twenty one, and there are other restrictions as well. Fifteen is when you can start to learn, but you have to be t least sixteen to actually have a license.

18 here, so no u. You can start learning at 17, but only in driving simulators, and they cost a fortune, .

Yes, quite. Although practically speaking, no teenager that doesn't have rich parents or steal can afford driving lessons or exams before they're 18 and have cash. I mean, I must've spent well over €2000,- just to get mine, .

I don't think I've ever spent as much on anything before or after that. Not even my current room will cost as much during the entire time I'll be staying here.
