I meant I don't think anyone minds it, but I also said "link monster" so I blame my phone :wackymonster:

I never minded the colours, honestly, but I'm not opposed to having alternative options, either. What works for you, I guess. Having more options doesn't hurt.

There was one and it was removed. I don't think anyone cares about the link monster though :monster:

If people want other coloured monsters I can try to make some and see what other people think.

Well, I already voiced my opinion on what other colored :monster: should exist. , so there's that. :monster:

Only half kidding. If you really don't mind, I would really like a purple :monster:. :D

Wait so removing COLOR or making them the same color somehow makes them genderless I'm confused they are circular shaped with no implication as to what gender they are so ??? If we're assuming they are male/female based on color alone I'm a little concerned about what gender roles have done to people

They haven't done anything; it's a proactive attempt at being non-discriminative is all. Lots of people still link colours to genders, not everyone is so forward-thinking.

I like that Octo considered it, even if it's deemed unnecessary.

Agreed with Mage.

While I never thought it was something necessary (I never made the color association either; if I even thought about it, I probably just saw it as the circle people being sharply contrasting colors for the sake of making it easy work for the eye to differentiate them), I do like that Octo was being kind enough to consider it. I can see why a person would make the gender connections even though I didn't.

So long as the originals remain, I don't think there's anything objectionable at all.
