View of Chico Hot Springs from the hill behind it that you can hike up. There's even bigger mountains all around that I didn't get in pics. It's gawgeous <3

View of the front yard that our rooms look out on. <3 The two walking away is my sis and her hubs, and the guy in the cowboy hat is my uncle. Dad's shoulder is showing :monster:

Lastly, the view of the porch, and the window closest was my room that I shared with my parents. My family and I spent one of the nights on this porch drinking mixed drinks my dad made and chatting :awesome:

Excelsior Geyser Crater, there is a bubbling geyser spot in there, but the steam usually hides it. For some fun facts, read the wikipedia page here about this thing.

Some of the scenery in this place. Pictures don't do it a bit of justice. You totally miss the depth and the breeze and the sensations of standing in these places.

Lastly, here's the Lower Falls, also known as the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. <3 Again, these pictures are beautiful but can't compare. I would encourage people to visit Yellowstone sometime in their life. There's nowhere else like it in the world. ^_^

That's it, everyone. Hope you all enjoyed! :joy:

So what's this landmark? It seems to be in a few pics, and it's the one thing I can't take my eyes off of. :megusta:

Nawww stahp it <3 You're so sweet Channy :properhug:
And oh so smooth :awesome:

Was there anything that warned about noxious gases, or "don't jump in the natural acid baths" :P.

No noxious gases, but there are signs warning you to not step off the paths or throw stuff in the geysers or pools. Still, in some windy places (like the Grand Prismatic Spring) you inevitably see people's hats on the ground off the path or on the bacteria beds (the spots where shallow water flows over the ground). Watched one guy lose his hat a few years ago. :monster:
